Lahaina Swim Club celebrates at Duke's restaurant in Oahu after successfully competing in Hawaii State Championships

Last week at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Duke Kahanamoku Pool, the Lahaina Swim Club team swam to a seventh place finish in the final HSCSC event of the year.

The LSC teenagers ignited their team effort at the state meet in Honolulu. Once again it was Lexi Anderson, Paloma Banto, Jaden Yip, Maison Alexander, Mathew Iverson, Maxx Cherry, and Yuna Lee setting the tone for the West Maui team.

The shining stars of the younger group included Noah Richard, Halia Caiserman, Noah Caiserman, Emily Gorokhovsky, TJ Hehemann, Tristan Richard, Levi Stoddart, Cruz Storer, Abby Rogers, Juliet De Robles Saxvold, Jake McGill, and Kaina Yamada.

TS Restaurants and Duke's Waikiki hosted the dinner for the team! TS Restaurants loves to support local athletics, especially water sports since Duke Kahanamoku was a five-time medalist representing Hawaii and the United States as a swimmer. This was a special evening for our athletes after 2 days of intense competition. The team is thankful for your generosity!
