LSC Introduces the “Power Hour” Dry-Land Training Club

Coach Scott Fleck will be running LSC’s Power Hour club to supplement their training.

Swimmers, get ready to take your swimming to the next level.  All 3:30 and 4:30 swimmers are invited to attend Power Hour Club training. This dry-land training will focus on midline stability, over all strength, explosive power, and flexibility. It will be constantly varied and incorporate high intensity and functional movement. This is a highly-recommended, optional program with no cost to our club members.

All you need to bring is a positive attitude, a desire to improve your over all fitness, socks, shoes, towel, yoga mat (if you have one), and water. Don’t forget a big smile!  These training sessions begin Monday, September 30.

 

Schedule:

4:30 Practice Group
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5:45am-6:45am

3:30 Practice Group
Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30 pm-5:00pm
